Michelle started out at ground level, working as the face of many campaigns and really interacting with consumers as a brand ambassador. After working in the field, she knew that there was a gap in the market for a new agency to supply Professional, Hardworking, Quality Brand Ambassadors and Event Staff.
Starting Eventurous was a natural progression for Michelle as it allowed her to combine her passion for promotions, with the years of industry experience she had gained. Michelle has the knowledge and experience to take brands to the next level, and she’ll go above and beyond to get them there.
And together with her team, she will go above and beyond to make every job a success. Nothing is ever too much trouble; she is always putting her clients first and as they say, always providing service with a smile.

Starting out as a Brand Ambassador in the fast-paced world of promotional events, Chelsea quickly found a passion for connecting with people and bringing Activations to life. This hands-on experience gave her a strong understanding of what it takes to create engaging, memorable experiences on the ground.
Over time, her natural ability to build relationships and stay organised led her into more strategic roles within the agency. Now, as the Staffing and Administration Manager, she now also plays a key role behind the scenes—matching the right people to the right opportunities and making sure every campaign runs smoothly. Chelsea brings thoughtfulness and team support in day-to-day operations. Having worked in the field herself, Chelsea understands the importance of feeling supported, prepared, and part of a great team.
